Results & case studies

Show the Evidence. Explain the Context.

Search impressions, clicks, website visits, phone calls and inquiries are the measures we want to understand. Our current project examples show operating and engineering context; they do not establish measured growth or a proven Spur Fleet result.

Search Console case studies · In preparation

What a Verified Case Study Will Show.

No verified Search Console dataset or call/inquiry results are published here yet. We will add case studies only when the underlying records, dates and permissions are available.

Search visibility & clicks

A named property, comparable dates, actual impressions and clicks, query/page context and the original Search Console evidence.

Website visits & inquiries

The analytics and call/form tracking used, observed visits and inquiries, attribution limits and what is excluded.

Changes & interpretation

Before-and-after periods, what changed on the website and when, other marketing or business changes, and the limits of attributing growth to Spur Fleet.

Researched Spurs & article reviews

The actual resource, its sources, exact reviewed version, factual/editorial findings and permission to share. No verified production Spur example or quality review is available here yet.

Demonstrations with context

An AI Search Lab demonstration can walk through dated records, the article and review findings. A channel or video alone does not verify a performance result; case studies require the underlying evidence.

Powerline Electric is a prospective external pilot, not a completed client success story. No traffic, inquiry or revenue outcome is attributed to that proposed pilot.

Engineering experience

Our Software and Operating Background.

ScanQuote, Spur Fleet and the associated Western construction businesses represent different parts of our work. They are not interchangeable products or third-party client testimonials.
  • ScanQuote — separate SaaS product

A WSD engineering example with its own product identity. It is separate from our custom services and website packages.

  • Spur Fleet — centrally managed platform

Locally tested research, evidence, article review and guarded publication engineering. Each customer website has its own Spur Machine.

  • Western construction operating background

Associated businesses connected with Ross Sessoms' operating work, informing practical construction technology requirements.

Developed by Western Software Developers

Spur Fleet — Knowledge, Articles and Guarded Workflows

Spur Fleet is Western Software's proprietary central platform for managing Spur Machines. Each Machine is intended to develop researched Spurs for one business website, with its own scope and review controls.

The implemented workflow connects approved questions with bounded source research, attributable evidence, article drafting, factual and editorial checks, and human review. Insufficient evidence or a failed check stops progression instead of becoming an unsupported article. Each website's information and permissions remain separate.

The new Fleet's research-to-article capabilities have been tested locally with controlled fixtures and mock providers. Real-provider article quality and live publication have not yet been demonstrated. Publication safeguards are implemented and locally tested, with live operation subject to separate validation and authorization.

  • Question-scoped research workflows
  • Source versions and quote attribution
  • Bounded evidence packets
  • Separate factual and editorial review
  • Duplicate and freshness safeguards
  • Exact-version human review
  • Per-website Spur Machine configuration
  • Central status and budget monitoring
  • Guarded publication design

For participating businesses, the service is designed around researched knowledge, useful articles, AI-answer discovery readiness and organic search visibility. The aim is to help prospective customers understand your work and make an informed inquiry. Rankings, AI recommendations, traffic and leads are not guaranteed.

We build and manage websites using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. The website is one part of the business system; estimating software, document processing and customer follow-up can be scoped separately where they address a practical operational need.

Real operating businesses

Operating Background: The Western Contractor Network

WSD's early technology work developed alongside Western-branded construction businesses associated with Ross Sessoms' business relationship with contractor Chris Marshall.

Ross was directly involved in building and operating technology for these businesses. WesternWindows.us, WesternConcrete.us, WesternContractors.us, and related Western construction properties form the operating context for this work. These are associated operating businesses in that construction background, not unrelated third-party clients presented as testimonials.

The work involved business websites, website modernization, knowledge systems, workflow automation and ongoing technology maintenance. It provides practical context for construction customers, job information and business communication, with the website serving as one part of the operation.

Lessons from those systems inform the new Spur Fleet, including source eligibility, useful question selection, article quality and guarded publishing. Existing construction websites do not by themselves establish that the new Fleet's autonomous article workflow is operating in production.

Useful, subject-specific information and clear inquiry paths are part of the intended customer experience. We do not present these associated businesses as proof of independently verified rankings, traffic growth or lead-generation results.

  • Business websites and modernization
  • AI knowledge infrastructure
  • Workflow automation
  • Research and content-system development
  • Spur Machine development and inquiry paths
  • Ongoing technology maintenance

These operating relationships inform our initial documented construction specialty. Custom software and integrations can connect the website with work that follows an inquiry, such as estimating, customer follow-up or order handling. Those systems are scoped separately; ScanQuote is a separate SaaS product and is not included in website packages.

Separate SaaS product

ScanQuote — A Window-Quoting Engineering Example

ScanQuote is a separate SaaS product developed by WSD. It reflects our window-quoting engineering work and has its own product identity, separate from custom services and website packages.
  • Understand the estimator's input documents
  • Define product options and applicable rules
  • Keep pricing and approval responsibilities clear
  • Review data before it moves to another system

Illustrative custom quoting workflow — scoped per project

  1. 01Input documents and requirements
  2. 02Product and pricing rules
  3. 03Draft quote information
  4. 04Estimator review and approval
  5. 05Agreed business-system handoff

The workflow above illustrates questions to resolve when scoping construction quoting software; it is not a verified ScanQuote feature list. We do not claim customer adoption, processing accuracy or commercial results that have not been established. Discuss current product scope separately from a custom engineering project.
